Clear Choice Homes builds homes on land you already own, or will consult with you to discuss the purchase of one of our own prestigious property locations to build a unique custom home. We also handle all the necessary paperwork for building homes in Central Texas.

How long will it take to build my home?

The completion date for construction on your custom home is discussed during your initial consultations. Since each Clear Choice Homes home is unique and tailored to specific needs, the precise end date depends on design plans and your chosen options for finishing.

Do you charge per square foot?

A fixed price is set per square foot once all selections for design and other features have been established including, the level of garage finish out, decks, porches, and patios.

What is covered under my new home warranty?

Clear Choice Homes offers a StrucSure Home Warranty 1yr workmanship and materials, 2yr delivery systems, and 10yr structural warranty plan that is backed by Lloyds of London. We guarantee that each custom home is free from defects in materials and workmanship when owner’s take possession.
